Physis Advisory ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and the text messaging program described below. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written in plain English on purpose.
If anything here is unclear, email ronfarley@physisadvisory.com or call (443) 278-1294 and ask.
When you submit a form, book a call, email us, or text us, we collect what you provide. That is typically your name, company name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business and what you are trying to fix.
This website uses privacy-focused analytics that record aggregate visit data such as page views, referring source, and general device type. It is not tied to your name, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile of you.
Our forms and scheduling are hosted by third-party platforms acting on our behalf. Those tools record your submission and may log technical details such as IP address and timestamp as part of delivering the service.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed to children.
We do not use your information to build advertising audiences, and we do not sell it.
This section describes how we handle phone numbers and SMS consent specifically.
We do not sell or share mobile information. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opt-in data is never shared. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. This exclusion applies to every category of sharing described in this policy, without exception.
The only parties that ever touch your phone number are the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and the telecommunications carrier that transmits them. They are permitted to use it solely to deliver our messages to you, and for no other purpose.
You give us your mobile number by submitting it on one of our forms, giving it to us on a call, or texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Reply STOP to any message. That ends the messages. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at the email address or phone number at the bottom of this page.
We share information with service providers who run parts of our operation on our behalf. That includes our customer relationship and messaging platform, our website host, our email and calendar provider, and our payment processor. They are permitted to use your information only to provide their service to us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it. And as stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing.
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as the business relationship requires, and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
We use reputable third-party platforms and take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
