These terms cover your use of this website and the text messaging program operated by Physis Advisory ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site, submitting a form, or agreeing to receive messages from us, you accept these terms.

Our messaging is conversational. We send text messages in reply to an inquiry you submitted, a call you booked, or a message you sent us. It is a one to one conversation about your business. It is not a marketing list and it is not a broadcast.
You consent to receive text messages from Physis Advisory when you provide your mobile number on one of our forms, give it to us on a call, or text us first.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to your inquiry or your ongoing conversation with us, so the number depends entirely on that exchange.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you anything for these messages. Your mobile carrier may.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. You will get one confirmation message and then nothing further. STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT all work. If you want to start receiving messages again, just text us or ask.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and it is not guaranteed.
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at volume, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or abusive.
The content on this site, including the text, the images, and the Inquiry-to-Income System framework, belongs to Physis Advisory. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share the link. You may not republish it as your own.
Everything on this site describes what our systems are designed to do. It is not a promise of a specific financial outcome. Results depend on your business, your market, your offer, and whether the system actually gets used after it is installed. Nothing here should be read as a guarantee of revenue, leads, or booked appointments.
